Best neck pillow I've ever owned
I've been a side sleeper my whole life and I've tried at least eight different pillows over the years. This one finally got the height right. My neck doesn't feel cranked in the morning and I'm waking up without that stiff shoulder feeling. The memory foam softens just enough after a few minutes.

Good but firmer than I expected
The pillow is well-made and the cover is nice. My issue is that it's noticeably firmer than I expected from the description. I prefer a softer pillow and even after a few weeks of use it hasn't softened up much. If you like a firm contour pillow this is probably perfect — it just wasn't quite right for me personally.
